John K. John is a very community-minded REALTOR®, specializing in Fayetteville and Springdale residential real estate.  “It is very picturesque up here,” explains John.  “We are right up in the Ozark Mountains, and you can in be in Kansas City in four hours and Dallas in five.  We also have an ever-expanding airport.  You can pretty much connect to anywhere you need to go, and it is still a small town atmosphere,” he continues.

John has made it a policy to “not be in competition with our clients,” he says.  “My concern is always to find my clients their perfect property.  If I do my best at that, I don’t need to cross over into doing developments and investments.  Our clients really appreciate the fact that we are not competing with them in that regard.”  John is also very proud of the relationship he has with other REALTORS® in the area, always going the extra step to make sure all parties are treated fairly and completely informed of everything that is going on.
